On Sunday, March 23, former Fleetwood Area Senior High School standout Alexis Hess’ current collegiate team the Kansas State Wildcats won 80-79 against the Kentucky Wildcats in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Memorial Coliseum, this was the first game against the Kentucky Wildcats during the championship.

Alexis Hess’ hometown is Blandon and game position is forward.
