Today in Washington D.C., Congressman Dan Meuser of Pennsylvania's 9th District spoke on the House Floor in support of H.R. 833, the Educational Choice for Children Act.
Congressman Meuser explained, "This legislation will offer a federal tax credit to encourage charitable donations toward scholarships that help families cover K-12 expenses—tuition, books, supplies, and more. This bill is expected to benefit two million students nationwide, opening the door to better educational opportunities—whether in public, private, religious, or homeschool settings."
