Today, Congressman Dan Meuser of Pennsylvania's 9th District expressed his support for the inauguration of Donald J. Trump as the 47th President of the United States. Meuser described the event as a pivotal moment for the country.

“Today marks the beginning of a New Golden Age for our country,” stated Congressman Meuser. He emphasized that President Trump's leadership would restore confidence in the American dream and strengthen national security both domestically and internationally. According to Meuser, by prioritizing border security, energy independence, economic growth, and national defense, Trump will fulfill the expectations set by voters.

During his inaugural address, President Trump named this day “Liberation Day,” indicating it symbolizes America's restoration and a return to common sense governance. He committed to serving all Americans without discrimination based on race, religion, or creed. Trump highlighted a renewed sense of pride and unity as essential components in achieving his vision to Make America Great Again.

On his first day in office, President Trump began implementing executive orders targeting key national issues. These measures aim to improve border security, boost American energy production, reduce regulatory burdens, and secure long-term economic prosperity.

Congressman Meuser commented on these actions saying, “Promises Made, Promises Kept. These executive orders exemplify that President Trump is wasting no time in delivering results for the American people.” He added that with Republican control of Congress alongside Trump's presidency, they aim to advance an America First agenda that promises significant change over the next four years.
