Senior High athletes traded their chemistry and physics textbooks for picture books when they traveled to Owatin Creek last week to read their favorite stories to elementary students--who were so excited to meet some of their favorite Eagles! The project, which OC's reading specialists organized, was meant to build connection and camaraderie between the elementary and senior high buildings while helping promote the joys of reading to young students. Athletes also loved visiting with their former elementary teachers and were thrilled to help inspire the next generation of Eagles. "I had such a good time," said PSU recruit and Exeter senior football player Joey Schlaffer. "I would love to come back next year and do this!"  Thanks to all our athletes who participated in this very special project! They are:

Joey Schlaffer

Jordyn Jarrett

Ted Snyder

Trevor Keperling

Aashveen Randhawa

Rosa Laverty

Elizabeth Swoyer

Becca Zilinski

Chase Cupitt

Lauren Ramsey

Anthony Tartaglia
