The Township is pleased to announce our new SHTWP Community Connect App is now available to download via the Apple App Store (IOS) or Google Play (Android).
For those potholes, damaged street signs, and other local problems that need attention, the South Heidelberg Township Community Connect app makes reporting a problem easier than ever. This app uses GPS to recognize your location and gives you a menu of common quality-of-life conditions to select from. The app allows you to upload pictures or videos to accompany your request. Citizens can track the status of reports they or other members of the community have submitted. Just click on orange plus sign at the bottom of the app to submit your non-emergency request to the Township!
The mobile app also provides citizens with the ability to connect and access helpful information in the community such as the Township’s facebook pages, sewer bill pay, agendas and meeting minutes, voter information, trash & recycling collection and youth sports registration. Citizens can use the Call Us button to contact the Township directly for information on any municipal service or if further help is needed. South Heidelberg Township welcomes our community to “connect” with us!
In addition to the app you will also notice the Report a Concern feature on the Township website has also been updated to match the new Community Connect app.
