Borough of Womelsdorf issued the following announcement on May 21.
Trinity Lutheran Church is sponsoring a “parade” to honor the Conrad Weiser 2020 Graduating Class on Friday, June 5th. We are asking that parent(s) drive their students in the parade. Please decorate your cars to honor your son or daughter. We will line up at Fecera’s parking lot beginning at 6:30 pm. We ask that you remain in your cars to maintain physical distance. The parade will begin at 7:00 pm with police and firetruck escort. We will travel down 422, turn into the high school and go out at the Middle school back onto 422 West. We will turn on High street at the CW Homestead, and end at West Elementary School. We encourage Seniors to wear their caps and gowns, and we encourage you to spread the news to invite people to come out and support our seniors and all they have accomplished. We are so very proud. Please remind people to bring out their bells and noise makers, make signs, and maintain physical distancing, as they make some noise for the CW Class of 2020!
