Stephanie Goldman, PharmD, Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at Tower Health, has been named to the 2025 Lehigh Valley Business Forty Under 40 list. The recognition highlights her role in managing retail, hospital, ambulatory care, and specialty pharmacy sites throughout the health system.

“I’m honored to represent Tower Health as one of this year’s Forty Under 40 honorees,” said Goldman. “I’m deeply grateful to my family, pharmacy team, mentors and colleagues for their unwavering support throughout my career. I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in healthcare and in the community.”

The Forty Under 40 Awards recognize professionals under 40 in the Greater Lehigh Valley area who have demonstrated success in their fields and shown strong civic commitment. Honorees are selected by the Lehigh Valley Business leadership team and previous award recipients.

“The 2025 Forty Under 40 honorees are making their mark on their professions and on the community. Their accomplishments are impressive, and they understand that giving back is part of their mission,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/Lehigh Valley Business. “We are proud to recognize them for all they have done and will continue to do to make the Lehigh Valley a wonderful place to live and to work.”

Under Goldman’s leadership, Tower Health’s pharmacy program has grown to six full-service retail locations. The health system has introduced new technologies such as free home delivery services for medications across Pennsylvania.

“We’re proud of our hometown pharmacies,” Goldman said. “This recognition is a tribute to the hard work of our dedicated pharmacy team, which continues to set the standard by helping people live healthier lives and eliminating access barriers to medications. I am eager to see what we can achieve next.”

Goldman has more than ten years of experience across various healthcare settings including retail, hospital, ambulatory care, and specialty pharmacy environments. She graduated summa cum laude from Saint Joseph’s University’s Philadelphia College of Pharmacy with a doctorate in pharmacy.

“What continues to impress me about Stephanie is her eagerness to learn,” said Michael Stern, Tower Health President and CEO. “I am proud of the amount of effort she puts into her work, her phenomenal career growth, and the support and encouragement she provides to her team. I congratulate her on this well-deserved recognition.”

Tower Health operates several hospitals—including Reading Hospital—and offers services throughout Berks County as well as Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties through its network facilities.
