The Butcher Block at Penn State will hold Friday sales during the semester.
Retail Cuts of Fresh Beef, Fresh Pork and Fresh Lamb will be available each week. Also available are various flavors of Linked Sausage, PSU Snack Sticks, Jerky, Salami and Summer Sausage.
A limited supply of fresh products is available.
Sale Hours: 9:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
