Of the 4,104 people living in Sinking Spring in 2020, 57.1 percent (2,344) were women and 42.9 percent (1,760) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Berks County News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 340. In the 65 and over age range, there were 400 females and 315 males.
