Cost of college went up for all students at Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences

Tuition and fees rose 2.7 percent for 2018-19 at Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Pennsylvania students paid $10,365 to attend the two-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $270 more than the $10,095 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 92 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 16 students received grants or scholarships totaling $95,420 and 22 students took out student loans totaling more than $162,971.

Including all undergraduates (329), 173 students used grants or scholarships totaling $889,419, and 213 students took out $1.5 million in federal student loans.
