Sekulski helps Mansfield Mountaineers secure 10-5 victory over Wheeling Cardinals

At 1 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 22, the Mansfield Mountaineers, featuring former Wilson High School standout Ryan Sekulski, claimed a 10-5 win over the Wheeling Cardinals in NCAA Division II baseball action.

The teams met at JB Chambers I-470 Complex, facing each other for the third time this season. In their previous matchup on Saturday, Feb. 21, the Mountaineers earned a 6-2 win over the Cardinals.

Sekulski contributed three hits in six at-bats, tallied one run, one RBI and struck out twice.

The Mountaineers will play their next game against Holy Family Tigers at FDR Park on Saturday, Feb. 28, with first pitch set for 11:30 a.m.
