On Sunday, April 6, former Wilson High School standout Matthew VanOstenbridge’s current college team, the Penn State Nittany Lions, won 15-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

The game took place at Siebert Field. This was their third matchup against the Golden Gophers this season.

The Nittany Lions’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 at 6:30 p.m. at Monongalia County Baseball Complex against West Virginia Mountaineers.
