U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins participated in a farm visitation tour in Lebanon and Lancaster counties, joined by several federal and state representatives. The delegation included Congressman Dan Meuser of Pennsylvania’s 9th District, Senator Dave McCormick, Congressman Glenn “GT” Thompson of the 15th District, who chairs the House Agriculture Committee, and Congressman Rob Bresnahan of the 8th District. State Senator Chris Gebhard was also in attendance during the event, highlighting agricultural concerns in the region.
The officials met with local farmers to discuss pressing issues affecting the agricultural community, fostering a dialogue aimed at addressing the challenges faced by the farming industry in these counties.
